To access billing account information:
Go to https://sign.reallegal.com/ and log in with your My RealLegal/Signatures user ID and password. The E-Transcript Signatures Home page opens.
Click the Edit My Billing Accounts link.
Read the My Status column. Accounts labeled Owner are accounts that you own. Accounts labeled Member are production departments that allow you to draw signatures from their accounts; in other words, you are an authorized user of the account.
If you use E-Transcript Reporter Edition, the Billing Accounts page lists the names of production departments who have sent you Reporter Edition invitations. You generally do not have administrative rights to these accounts; that is, you cannot click a link to view details of the accounts. The accounts are listed to let you know that you can draw signatures from the accounts. You will see the same names in E-Transcript Reporter Edition when you send a transcript and elect to sign the transcript.
What would it take to get administrative rights to the billing account? The production department would have to grant you administrative rights.
